We believe in the acronym KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid). That is why we DO NOT try and sell you yet another piece of software to integrate with your existing system. You probably have enough to deal with already!

End users, such as agents or team leaders, only need a browser to interact with it. Our solution can be entirely hosted in our secure data centre, and all you need to do is 'push' regular metric data to us.

However, we are flexible enough to allow you to host the web based application within your own firewall if your IT Policy stipulates this condition.
