In the first scenario of an entirely hosted solution, Agent00 consider this to be the easiest integration model with any company's existing infrastrucutre. Call data is sent from your existing measurement and metric systems to the secure hosted site. No software is installed at your site, so agents and Team Leaders only need a standard internet browser to use Agent00.

The second scenario, in the diagram below, shows all 4 Agent00 servers deployed inside a typical customer's firewall. This provides the best up front performance and the most flexibility to scale out in the future, as needed.
